Every new RevMozi project ships with default playbooks, but the right starting set depends on how you sell.

Start with the journey you actually run

  • Lead capture business: start with lead welcome and lead follow-up
  • Appointment business: add appointment reminders
  • Paid offer business: add order confirmation
  • Subscription business: add payment retry and win-back
  • Completed-service business: add testimonial and feedback collection

A practical first stack

For most new workspaces, this is enough:

  1. lead welcome
  2. order confirmation
  3. appointment reminders, if you book time
  4. testimonial and feedback collection

What to customize first

  • message tone and brand voice
  • delays that are obviously wrong for your business
  • channels you do or do not use

What to leave alone at first

  • the overall flow structure if you have not yet seen real data
