Use this guide when you want to shape how RevMozi's customer-facing AI behaves before it goes live.

What the Customer AI control center covers

You can configure:

  • voice and personality
  • knowledge sources
  • capabilities and qualification behavior
  • preview and version history

Safe workflow

  1. Open Settings -> AI.
  2. Make changes to the draft configuration.
  3. Preview the behavior in the playground using the relevant channel.
  4. Adjust the draft until the behavior is acceptable.
  5. Publish only when you are comfortable with the live outcome.

Good publishing discipline

  • change one important thing at a time
  • preview before publish
  • use version history if you need to compare or recover from a bad change
