Connect WhatsApp from channel settings so RevMozi can send and receive WhatsApp messages for your workspace.

How to connect WhatsApp

Use this guide when you want WhatsApp to become part of your inbox and playbook execution.

Before you start

  • Use the business account and phone number you want the workspace to operate from.

Steps

  1. Open Settings -> Channels.
  2. Find the WhatsApp card and click Connect WhatsApp.
  3. Complete the hosted onboarding flow in the new tab or popup.
  4. Return to channel settings and wait for RevMozi to show the connection as active.
  5. Confirm the workspace shows the business name or phone number you expect.

What happens next

Once WhatsApp is connected, RevMozi can:

  • receive inbound WhatsApp conversations
  • send approved template-driven messages when needed
  • use WhatsApp steps inside playbooks
