Use this guide when you are inside CRM and need one place to understand a person and decide what to do next.
What the contact record includes
The contact detail view combines:
- identity and reach-out actions
- enrollments and lifecycle
- communication history
- feedback, appointments, tasks, fields, and notes
Typical workflow
- Open the contact from CRM or the inbox.
- Start with the sidebar for identity, lifecycle, revenue, and quick actions.
- Check Enrollments to see what the person has bought or completed.
- Check Communication before reaching out again.
- Use Lifecycle, Feedback, Appointments, Tasks, or Notes depending on the job at hand.
Fast actions from the contact
You can usually:
- call or email
- message the contact if channels are connected
- create an appointment
- create a task
- add a note
When the record feels confusing
Use this order:
- enrollments
- lifecycle
- recent communication
- feedback or appointments, if those are relevant
