How to import contacts

Use bulk import when you already have people in a spreadsheet or another CRM and want them staged cleanly in RevMozi.

Before you start

• Keep each file under about 25,000 rows.
• Split larger datasets into separate imports.
• Make sure each row has at least one identity field: email or phone.

Steps

1. Upload the raw .csv or .xlsx file.
2. Let RevMozi inspect the headers and sample rows.
3. Review the standardized output RevMozi prepares for import.
4. Choose how duplicates should be handled: update to merge, or skip to leave existing records untouched.
5. Run the import and spot-check a few contacts in CRM.
