How to connect Stripe or Razorpay
Use this guide when you are setting up payments for the first time or replacing an existing provider connection.
What RevMozi expects
RevMozi supports one active payment provider per organization at a time so billing behavior stays coherent.
Before you start
- Decide whether this workspace should use Stripe or Razorpay first.
- Gather the provider credentials you actually intend to use in this environment.
- Be ready to configure the webhook URL and secret that RevMozi needs.
Steps
- Open Settings -> Payments.
- Choose the provider card for Stripe or Razorpay.
- Copy the webhook URL RevMozi shows for your organization.
- Create the webhook in your provider dashboard using the events RevMozi expects.
- Paste the required credentials into RevMozi.
- Save the connection and confirm the workspace shows the provider as connected.
What to expect for each provider
- Stripe asks for a secret key and webhook signing secret.
- Razorpay asks for the key ID, key secret, and webhook secret.
What to do next
After the provider is connected:
- attach pricing to your offer
- run a test checkout
- confirm the payment creates the enrollment and lifecycle change you expect
