How to request feedback and testimonials

Use this guide after an offer is completed and you want either proof, recovery, or both.

Steps

  1. Open the contact record.
  2. Choose the completed enrollment or offer you want feedback on.
  3. Click Request Feedback.
  4. Send the generated link by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  5. Review the response inside CRM when it comes back.

What the feedback form can capture

  • star rating
  • public testimonial for strong responses
  • private improvement note for weaker responses
  • display consent for public use
  • customer display name

Review statuses inside CRM

  • pending means the response is waiting for review
  • approved means it can be reused publicly
  • rejected means it stays in CRM but should not be reused publicly

Best time to ask

Ask soon after the customer finishes the offer, while the experience is still fresh and before the relationship goes cold.
