Connect Instagram from channel settings so RevMozi can bring Instagram DMs into the workspace.
How to connect Instagram
Use this guide when Instagram DMs are part of your lead or customer conversations and you want them handled inside RevMozi.
Before you start
- Use the Instagram account you want the workspace to represent.
Steps
- Open Settings -> Channels.
- Find the Instagram card and click Connect.
- Complete the hosted sign-in and authorization flow.
- Return to RevMozi and confirm the Instagram channel moves into a connected state.
What to verify after connection
- the correct Instagram account is connected
- Instagram DMs appear in the inbox
- disconnecting and reconnecting the channel is clear if the account ever changes
