Link your calendar account so appointment-based offers can use real availability and sync correctly.

How to connect your calendar

Use this guide when you want RevMozi to show live availability and manage appointment booking against a real calendar.

Before you start

  • Know which calendar account should own the appointments.
  • Make sure the workspace actually needs appointment-based fulfillment.

Steps

  1. Open Settings -> Calendar.
  2. Click Connect for the calendar provider you want to use.
  3. Complete the provider sign-in flow and grant access.
  4. Return to RevMozi and confirm the connection shows as connected.
  5. Review the business timezone and default working hours.
  6. Save those defaults before publishing booking.

What happens after connection

RevMozi can use the connected calendar to:

  • fetch available slots
  • create appointments
  • support reminder and completion flows tied to those appointments

If the connection is unhealthy

Look for:

  • expired or revoked access
  • wrong timezone or working-hours defaults
  • the wrong calendar account being connected
