How to connect LinkedIn
Use this guide when you want LinkedIn conversations to flow into RevMozi instead of living in a separate DM inbox.
Before you start
- Use the LinkedIn account that should represent the business or operator in this workspace.
Steps
- Open Settings -> Channels.
- Find the LinkedIn card and click Connect.
- Complete the hosted sign-in flow.
- Return to RevMozi and confirm the connection moves into a connected state.
What to verify
- the right LinkedIn account was connected
- LinkedIn DMs appear in the workspace inbox
- disconnect and reconnect behavior is clear if you ever rotate accounts
Why this matters
