How to connect LinkedIn
Use this guide when you want LinkedIn conversations to flow into Blesso instead of living in a separate DM inbox.
Before you start
- Use the LinkedIn account that should represent the business or operator in this workspace.
Steps
- Open Settings -> Channels.
- Find the LinkedIn card and click Connect.
- Complete the hosted sign-in flow.
- Return to Blesso and confirm the connection moves into a connected state.
What to verify
- the connected account shows the right LinkedIn name when the provider makes it available
- LinkedIn DMs appear in the workspace inbox
- disconnect and reconnect behavior is clear if you ever rotate accounts
Why this matters
If LinkedIn is part of your lead flow, connecting it early keeps your outreach, replies, and contact history in one system instead of splitting them across tools.
