How to run your first broadcast
Use this guide when you want to send one message to many contacts at once.
Before you start
- Make sure the workspace has the required broadcast feature access.
- Make sure the sending channel is connected and active.
Steps
- Open Broadcasts.
- Click New Broadcast.
- Name the broadcast clearly so the team can find it later.
- Choose the channel.
- Choose which connected account or sender should be used.
- Define the audience by lifecycle or tags.
- Add the required content for that channel.
- Review the live audience count before sending or scheduling.

- start with a small internal or low-risk audience
- confirm the connected sender is the right one
- avoid broadcasting before your channel and contact data are clean
