How to connect payments and confirm checkout
Connect your payment provider, attach pricing to an offer, and verify that checkout changes CRM state correctly.
How to connect payments and confirm checkout
Use this guide when you want to make sure a successful payment becomes a real enrollment and not just a receipt.
Before you start
- Have at least one paid offering with pricing.
- Know which provider your business uses in this workspace.
Steps
- Connect your payment provider in settings.
- Confirm the provider account is healthy before you publish checkout links.
- Create or sync the price you want buyers to use.
- Attach that price to the offer you plan to sell.
- Run one real or low-risk test checkout from the live page or booking flow.
- Confirm the buyer shows up in CRM with the correct enrollment and lifecycle state.
What you should see after a successful payment
- a payment or checkout event in the timeline
- a revenue event for the amount collected
- an active enrollment for the offer
- lifecycle moving to Active if no other rule keeps it elsewhere
If something looks wrong
Check these in order:
- the payment provider connection
- the price attached to the offer
- the payment event or webhook delivery
- the enrollment that should have been created
- the contact lifecycle after the enrollment update
Why this matters
RevMozi uses money movement as the trigger for downstream behavior. If checkout is not wired cleanly, fulfillment, lifecycle, and playbooks will all drift.
