How to connect an integration
Connect an external provider from integrations settings, then test, rename, or disconnect it cleanly.
How to connect an integration
Use this guide for non-channel integrations such as external providers connected through the integrations settings page.
Before you start
- Know which external account you want to connect.
- Decide whether the connection should have a human-friendly label for your team.
Steps
- Open Settings -> Integrations.
- Choose the provider you want to connect.
- Enter a connection name if RevMozi asks for one.
- Complete the provider sign-in or authorization flow.
- Return to RevMozi and confirm the connection appears in the correct section.
- Use the built-in test action if you want to verify the connection immediately.
Ongoing management
After a connection exists, you can usually:
- rename it
- test it
- disconnect it
Good practice
Use clear labels when the same provider may be connected more than once for different brands, teammates, or environments.
