Playbooks are how RevMozi turns lifecycle events into outbound action.

Feedback and testimonial follow-up

One shipped example is the post-fulfillment feedback flow:

  1. An enrollment completes.
  2. RevMozi waits for the configured delay.
  3. The system generates a feedback token and sends the customer a link.
  4. When feedback is submitted, the Playbook branches by rating.

Typical outcomes:

  • High rating: thank-you, review ask, or ascension follow-up
  • Low rating: private recovery path and operator follow-up
  • No response: gentle nudge, then stop
