SEO visibility
Turn buyer-search topics into a focused keyword bank, inspect ranking evidence, and prepare supported Content work.
SEO visibility
TL;DR
- SEO visibility shows the latest organic-search evidence for one domain.
- Use the Keyword bank to discover or add buyer-search keywords, then choose what to track and when to check rank.
- Inspect Sources, Competitors, and Content gaps after rank checks produce evidence.
- SEO can prepare Content work you choose. It does not publish pages or prove that a Content change caused a ranking outcome.
Use SEO when you need to turn organic-search evidence into a small number of reviewable decisions. The journey starts with buyer topics and keywords, then uses rank checks to show where the company and other sites appear in Google. It does not treat a larger keyword list as progress by itself.
Set up the domain and choose topics
- Open SEO from the main navigation.
- Confirm the website domain. This creates the SEO profile; it does not run a paid scan.
- Open Topics and create or reuse the themes that describe what buyers search for. The topic pool is shared with AI search visibility.
- Continue to Keywords.
Topics give keyword discovery a deliberate boundary. For example, a company selling software to agencies might choose "client reporting" and "agency profitability" before asking Blesso to find related buyer searches. You can also add a specific phrase or import a list; adding a keyword does not start a rank check.
Build a keyword bank, then decide what to watch
Select Discover keywords to generate candidates scoped to the chosen topics, or use Add keywords to type, paste, or import your own list. The bank keeps these candidates together so that a discovered phrase and a phrase your team already knows about can be judged in the same place.
Use Track for keywords that deserve regular observation. Tracking starts opportunity scoring and then asks whether to check the current rank now. Choose Check rank when you want a one-off result without committing the keyword to the regular check. Choosing Not now after tracking leaves the keyword in the regular cadence without running the immediate rank check.
This distinction matters when a list is long. Tracking "best agency reporting software" means Blesso should continue to observe it. A one-off rank check can answer where that phrase stands today without turning it into a standing commitment.
Read the results with the evidence
After a rank check, use the other SEO pages to understand the result:
- Overview shows the recent rank trend, tracked keyword count, and latest check status.
- Sources shows which domains and page types hold page-one positions for the keywords you track.
- Competitors lets you follow the domains that matter and inspect where they are ahead.
- Content gaps groups supported keyword evidence into a recommended next move, such as improving an existing page or creating a new one.
Rank and source data are observations, not causal explanations. A provider error is missing evidence; it is not a claim that the company ranked at zero. A later movement can be compared with the saved baseline, but it does not by itself show what caused the movement.
Send a worthwhile gap to Content
Open a Content gap to read the supporting keywords, current evidence, and the recommended route. Choose Send to Content only when you want to pursue that work. Blesso creates prepared Content work from the selected gap; Content owns drafting, review, approval, and publishing from that point.
Use Not now when the work is not a present priority. You can restore that decision later. SEO does not automatically edit a page, publish content, or turn an observed rank change into a business-outcome claim.
